It is speculated by the Natives of this land that siting a bluejay is a sign of a good year. Yesterday, new years eve here in Sandy Utah, on our way up one lovely wasatch trail, we happened upon a little bluejay, perched neatly and quietly in a small birch beside the trail. Come to find later from a brother of a brother, siting a Jay is a sure sign of a fruitful new year to come. So, as 2009 cusps upon us, I feel a sense of assurance and confidence that this new time will bring unexpected blessings and excitement beyond reason, we are here, we are ready, we are willing, so let it be. See predictions for 09 and beyond here.
