Apparently there was a meteor shower on my birthday which I somehow missed, at first I thoughts perhaps I wasn’t in veiwing, but can’t a shower be seen by anyone on earth as long as its dark enough and far enough from the city lights? However, right now my current focus is all on Venus, the evening gem on the horizon. Apparenly she’ll make her brightest apperance on the 14th, the point which shes furthest away from the sun funny enough…for some reason thats how it works. Anywaz, above here we get a view of the brilliant January sky, this is the time in which Orion is always coming up right at sundown. Love it. welcome 09’
